How do the systems work?

Which models are in the Sky Series?
The Sky Series comprises SkyMax, SkyPro, SkyLounge and Carport. SkyMax panels rotate and retract, SkyPro panels tilt on their axis and retract, while SkyLounge louvres only rotate. Carport, however, has a fixed aluminium panel roof.
How do the retractable roof series differ?
Avantgarde offers single-rail and double-curtain solutions for restaurants, cafés, hotels and terraces. Elegant suits homes, from gardens and balconies to verandas and terraces. Both run on a motor, while Toscana opens and closes by hand.
What are the fabric roofs like?
The Avantgarde technical fabric has blackout, waterproof and flame-retardant properties. Toscana also uses a waterproof, flame-retardant fabric with a wave-pleated look, in colours such as cream, grey and beige.
How does the i-Zip Screen work?
i-Zip Screen is a motorised vertical outdoor screen. Because its fabric edges run in side rails with a zip, the screen stays taut and protects against sun, wind, rain and insects.
Which colours and finishes are available?
Aluminium profiles receive electrostatic powder coating in RAL colours or wood-grain finishes, with stainless steel fittings. For Toscana and i-Zip Screen, you also choose the fabric colour.
Are the systems suitable for wind and snow?
We design the systems for rain, wind and snow conditions. However, the values depend on size and location, so our technical team calculates them for each project and confirms them in writing.
02Ordering and installation
How does ordering work?

How soon does an indicative quote arrive?
Once you send your size and use, an indicative quote follows within one working day. These ranges are a guide, so they are not binding.
What does the site survey cover?
In Türkiye, our free survey records size, ground, wind and sun direction on site. Abroad, however, the same information comes from the project or its drawings.
What does the firm quote include?
After you choose series, colour and extras, you receive the quote and delivery schedule in writing. The warranty terms also come in writing with the quote.
Where are the systems made?
We have made every system in our own factory in Akyazı, Sakarya since 1989. We also build each one to its project, as the survey or the drawings define it.
What installation support do you provide?
In Türkiye, our own team installs and commissions the system. Abroad, an authorised dealer or the project's installation team installs it, while we supply the installation manual, drawings and remote technical support.
Who coordinates large hotel projects?
On large hotel and project work, our project sales team coordinates the site. That is why you only need to pick hotel and restaurant or contractor as your role in the form.

How do export and dealerships work?

Which team handles my enquiry?
We route enquiries by role to the homeowner, architect, hotel and restaurant, dealer or contractor team. If an authorised dealer covers your region, your enquiry goes to them, otherwise to our export team.
Is there an authorised dealer in my region?
We do not publish a public dealer list yet. So send your enquiry with your country and city, and it will reach the authorised dealer for your region or our export team.
How do I become a dealer?
In the application form you share your country, city, showroom status, projects per year and the brands you carry. Our export manager then replies within two working days with territory status and dealer terms.
What is in the dealer kit?
The dealer kit contains a price list, technical sheets, an image archive and marketing materials. We also plan training and first-project support together with you.
How do you handle OEM and private label requests?
We assess OEM and private label requests project by project. So describe your project and your market through the contact form, and our team will discuss the next steps with you.
Can I meet you at a trade fair?
We exhibit our systems at trade fairs and meet dealers, architects and investors on our stand. We also announce upcoming fairs on our fairs page.

Eight common pergola questions.
What is a bioclimatic pergola?
A bioclimatic pergola is a roof system of aluminium louvres that a motor rotates. Closed, the louvres form a roof that protects from rain; open, they give shade and ventilation. They also stop at intermediate angles, so you can follow the sun. With zip screens or glass panels at the sides, the terrace stays in use in the colder months too.
Should I choose a bioclimatic or a retractable roof pergola?
A bioclimatic pergola has a roof of aluminium louvres that rotate, and on SkyMax and SkyPro they also retract. A retractable roof pergola instead folds a PVC-based technical fabric back along rails. The right choice therefore depends on how you use the space, the look you want and whether you need side closure, which we settle together at the survey or from drawings.
Does a louvred pergola keep the rain out?
In the closed position the louvres form a roof that protects from rain. Water collects in channels along the louvres and then drains through the posts. With correct installation and regular maintenance, the area underneath stays dry. An optional rain and wind sensor can also close the roof automatically when the weather changes.
Can I use a pergola in winter?
Yes. With the louvres closed, the roof protects from rain and snow, and zip screens or glass panels between the posts keep the wind out. Heaters and LED lighting also extend the evenings. Our technical team calculates the values for snow and wind for each project, based on its size and location.
How is the pergola price calculated?
Size, series, colour and finish, side closure, extras such as lighting and heating, and the installation site set the price. Enter your size first for an indicative quote, and our team replies within one working day. After a free site survey in Türkiye, or from drawings abroad, the firm quote then follows in writing. Indicative ranges are not binding.
Who installs and services the system?
In Türkiye, our own team installs and commissions the system. Abroad, our authorised dealers or the project's installation team carry out the installation, while we provide the installation manual, drawings and remote technical support. Warranty registration and after-sales support also run through one contact.
Do I need a permit for a pergola?
That depends on local planning rules, the building's management or owners' association and whether the system attaches to the building. This is general information, not legal advice, so check with your municipality and building management before you apply. Our team can also prepare the drawings and technical details your application may need.
Do you deliver abroad?
Yes. We export to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. If an authorised dealer covers your region, we pass your enquiry to them directly; otherwise our export team handles the quote, production and shipping with you. For installation, we also supply the installation manual, drawings and remote technical support.
