From profile to shipping, your project's route.
The flow in our pergola factory follows the same sequence on every project. However, sizes and choices change from project to project.

Profile preparation
We prepare the aluminium profiles to the project size. Posts, louvres and rails follow the details set at the survey or in the drawings.

Surface coating
The profiles receive an electrostatic powder coating. The chosen RAL colour or wood-grain finish also goes on at this stage.
- 03
Assembly
Profiles, stainless steel fittings and moving parts come together for the project. We also prepare the routes for cables and drainage inside the profiles.

Quality control
Before shipping, we check the parts against the project information. This step follows the company's quality policy.

Packing and shipping
Finally, we pack the system for transport and ship it. For projects abroad, the installation manual and drawings are part of the delivery.

Do you manufacture for export?
Yes. We export to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas from our pergola factory in Turkey. If an authorised dealer covers your region, your enquiry goes to them; otherwise our export team takes it on. Abroad, authorised dealers or the project's installation team install the systems with the installation manual, drawings and remote technical support.
