Production in our own factory
Our Turkish factory in Akyazı, Sakarya manufactures every pergola system to project. This way series, colour and extras follow your order.
Dealer kit
Authorised dealers receive a price list, technical sheets, an image archive and marketing materials. We also plan training and first-project support together.
Installation manual and drawings
Installations abroad come with an installation manual and drawings. As a result, an authorised dealer or the project's installation team can take over the work.
Remote technical support
During installation you can reach our technical team remotely. Our team also calculates project values for rain, wind and snow conditions.
Written offer and terms
The offer sets out series, colour, extras and the delivery terms in writing. Warranty terms also come in writing with the offer.

Which countries do you export pergolas to?
From our pergola manufacturing plant in Turkey, we export to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas. Markets we serve include Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Azerbaijan, the United States and Canada. If your country is not listed, send your enquiry anyway; our export team will assess it.
How are lead times and delivery terms set?
Delivery terms depend on the project, the chosen series and the extras. That is why we do not publish a general lead time or set of terms. Instead, the offer states the delivery terms in writing. This way you see which terms apply before you order, and you can raise questions with our export team at the offer stage.
Who installs the systems abroad?
Abroad, our authorised dealers or the project's installation team install the systems. These installations come with an installation manual, drawings and remote technical support. On large hotel and project work, our project sales team also coordinates the site. In Türkiye, our own team takes on installation and commissioning.
What happens if there is no dealer in my region?
In that case your enquiry goes straight to our export team. The team reviews your size, use and project details and then prepares a written offer. If you would like to offer the systems in your region, you can also apply as a dealer; our export manager replies within two working days with the region's status, dealer terms and the dealer kit.
What does the dealer kit include?
The dealer kit includes a price list, technical sheets, an image archive and marketing materials. It comes with our export manager's reply to your application. The application asks for country, city, showroom status, projects per year and the brands you carry. We also plan training and first-project support together.
What should an export enquiry include?
Tell us your country, city and role (dealer, investor, contractor or architect) and describe the project briefly. Size, intended use, the series you have in mind and timing also make the offer more precise. If project drawings exist, mention them; this way our team can plan the route to a firm offer earlier.
