01Needs

A villa terrace usually fills up in the second half of the day: dinners, weekend breakfasts, guests. That is why the first question for a villa pergola is when and in which seasons you use the terrace. For example, midday sun calls for shade, a sudden shower for a closed roof, the evening wind for side screens and cool nights for heat.
When you choose a pergola for your home, it also has to suit the architecture. We finish the aluminium profiles with electrostatic powder coating, in RAL colours or wood-grain finishes that match the façade. In the louvred systems, drainage and cabling also run inside the profiles, so no pipes or cables show on the terrace.
Finally, daily use should be easy. Motorised systems run by remote control, and with the optional rain and wind sensor the roof closes by itself when the weather turns. In Türkiye our own team installs and commissions the system; abroad, authorised dealers or the project's installation team take this on with our manual, drawings and remote support.
02Four seasons
Four seasons, one terrace.
Sun
The louvres stop at intermediate angles, so you get full shade or filtered light as the sun moves. Open louvres also let the air circulate.
Rain
Closed louvres form a roof that protects from rain. Water collects in channels along the louvres and then drains through the posts.
Wind
An i-Zip Screen comes down between the posts, its fabric edges held taut in side rails. So you stay at the table on windy evenings too.
Cool evenings
With glass sliding panels and an optional heater, you can also use the terrace on cool evenings and in winter.
Lighting
Once the sun goes down, LED lighting turns the terrace into a dining room. We plan the power supply for it at the survey.
Operation and service
Motorised systems run by remote control. After-sales service and warranty registration also go through one contact point.

Can I use a pergola in winter and on cool evenings?
Yes. In the louvred systems, the closed roof protects from rain and snow. Glass sliding panels or zip screens between the posts keep the wind out, while heaters and LED lighting extend the evening. Our technical team also calculates size and structural details for the snow and wind conditions of your location.
Do I need planning permission for a pergola?
Whether a villa pergola needs permission depends on local planning rules, the rules of your site management or owners' association and whether the pergola connects to the building.
