The Avantgarde retractable roof pergola opens and closes its technical fabric roof along rails with a remote-controlled motor. Its fabric is blackout, waterproof and flame-retardant. On restaurant, café and hotel terraces it gives shade while its gutter profiles collect rainwater. We make each system to the project in our Sakarya factory, in operation since 1989.

Avantgarde is a pergola whose technical fabric roof opens and folds back along rails under motor power. The frame combines aluminium and stainless steel, and the fabric is blackout, waterproof and flame-retardant. Because it offers single-rail and double-curtain solutions, gutter profiles and lower sides that close with glass, it suits restaurant, café and hotel terraces. As a result, shade, rain protection and side closure come from one system.
01How it works
Fabric on rails, control in your hand.
Avantgarde's roof is a PVC-based technical fabric that travels along rails. When you press the remote, the motor opens or folds back the fabric. So you shade the terrace at midday and, as the air cools, fold the roof back to open the sky.
Before production, we choose the single-rail or double-curtain solution that fits your terrace at the survey. When it rains, the water collects in the gutter profiles. In addition, optional LED modules fit on the fabric support profiles, which means the terrace stays lit after dark.
You can close the lower sides of the Avantgarde retractable roof pergola with glass. When you also combine the system with other covering systems, it creates a fully enclosed space, so the terrace no longer depends on summer.

Motor and remote
A remote-controlled motor opens and closes the roof. This way staff adjust it from wherever they stand during service.
Technical fabric
The fabric is blackout, waterproof and flame-retardant. As a result, the roof gives shade and keeps rain out at the same time.
Gutter profiles
Rainwater first collects in the gutter profiles. Then we fix the drainage point at the survey to suit the ground and the project.
LED lighting
Optional LED modules sit on the fabric support profiles. We then plan the power supply together with the project at the survey.
Glass and full enclosure
If you wish, glass closes the lower sides. In addition, other covering systems turn the terrace into a fully enclosed space.
Construction and colour
The frame combines aluminium and stainless steel. The aluminium profiles also receive an electrostatic powder coating in the RAL colour that suits your façade.
