Size, ground, wind and sun direction come from the site or from project drawings. Then you choose series, colour and extras, and we prepare a written offer.

Production
Once you approve the offer, we manufacture the system to project in our factory in Akyazı, Sakarya.

Shipping
Shipping follows the delivery terms stated in writing in the offer. So you know the terms before you order.

Installation support
An authorised dealer or the project's installation team installs the system. We also provide an installation manual, drawings and remote technical support.

After-sales
Warranty registration and after-sales support run through one contact, and warranty terms come in writing with the offer.
03Climate and use
Every market's climate is part of the plan.
Our pergola export markets have very different climates. That is why we review these points together at the survey or from drawings.
Sun and heat
Louvres stop at intermediate angles for shade and ventilation. In hot regions especially, i-Zip Screen side screens also block low sun.
Rain
Closed louvres form a roof that protects from rain. Water then collects in the louvre channels and drains through the posts, and a rain sensor is available as an option.
Wind
Our technical team calculates wind conditions for each project. For windy sites there are also wind sensors and i-Zip Screen side closure.
Snow in mountain regions
Snow loads vary with location and size. That is why our team calculates the structural details for snow conditions project by project.
Cooler evenings
Glass panels, heaters and LED lighting extend evening use. As a result, the terrace is not limited to the summer months.
Coastal sites and finishes
Aluminium profiles come with stainless steel fittings and electrostatic powder coating. If your project is close to the sea, mention it in your enquiry.

We design the systems for rain, wind and snow conditions, and our technical team calculates project values for the location and size. In hot climates, adjustable louvres give shade and airflow, while i-Zip Screen side screens block sun and wind. That is why it helps to describe the climate in your enquiry.
Where are delivery terms and lead times stated?
Delivery terms depend on the project, the series and the extras, so we do not publish a general lead time. Instead, the written offer states the terms; this way you see what applies before you order. Warranty terms also come in writing with the offer.
Can we meet you at a trade fair?
