Profile preparation
We prepare the aluminum profiles for your project. Posts, louvers and rails follow the details set in your drawings or during the dealer site visit.

Surface coating
The profiles receive an electrostatic powder coat. The RAL color or wood-grain finish you chose also goes on at this stage.
- 03
Assembly
Profiles, stainless steel fittings and moving parts come together for your project. We also prepare the routes for wiring and drainage inside the profiles.

Quality control
Before shipping, we check the parts against your project information. This step follows the company's quality policy.

Packing and shipping
Finally, we pack the system for transport and ship it. The installation manual and drawings are part of the delivery.

Do you ship pergolas to the United States?
Yes. From our pergola factory we export to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, including the United States and Canada. If an authorized dealer covers your state, your request goes to them; otherwise our export team takes it on. Dealers or your project's installation crew install the systems with our manual, drawings and remote technical support.
Do you offer private label production?
