Elegant's roof is a PVC-based technical fabric that opens and folds back along rails. A motor drives it by remote, and the roof moves quietly and quickly. So you can shade the patio at midday or open the sky in the late afternoon without getting up.
The Elegant retractable pergola installs in two ways. When wall-mounted, it extends from the side of your house over the patio. If you choose the freestanding version, it stands on its own posts in the yard or beside the pool.
For the evening you can add optional LED spots or hidden LED modules. You can also close the lower parts with glass, and together with side closure systems the patio becomes a fully enclosed space.

Motorized roof

The Elegant retractable pergola has a PVC-based technical fabric roof, and we design the system for rain, wind and snow conditions. However, the right values depend on the size and location of your patio. That is why our technical team calculates the values for your project and gives them to you in writing. What is the difference between Elegant and Avantgarde?
Elegant and Avantgarde are two pergola series with a fabric roof that opens and folds back along rails under motor power. However, Elegant is for homes: it mounts on a wall or stands free in backyards, on balconies and porches, and it moves quietly and quickly. Avantgarde, by contrast, gives restaurant, café and hotel patios single-rail and double-curtain options and gutter profiles. If you prefer a manual roof, Toscana is an option.
Can you use Elegant in winter?
You can close the lower parts with glass, and when you combine Elegant with side closure systems, it creates a fully enclosed space. The patio then stays usable in cooler and wetter months. LED spots or hidden LED modules also give light when evenings get dark early. However, snow and wind values depend on size and location, so our technical team calculates them for each project.
