How do the systems work?

Which models are in the Sky Series?
The Sky Series comprises SkyMax, SkyPro, SkyLounge and Carport. SkyMax panels rotate and retract, SkyPro panels tilt on their axis and retract, while SkyLounge louvers only rotate. Carport, however, has a fixed aluminum panel roof.
How do the retractable series differ?
Avantgarde offers single-rail and double-curtain solutions for restaurants, cafés, hotels and patios. Elegant suits homes, from backyards and balconies to verandas and patios. Both run on a motor, while Toscana opens and closes by hand.
What are the fabric roofs like?
The Avantgarde technical fabric has blackout, waterproof and flame-retardant properties. Toscana also uses a waterproof, flame-retardant fabric with a wave-pleated look, in colors such as cream, gray and beige.
How does the i-Zip Screen work?
i-Zip Screen is a motorized vertical outdoor screen. Because its fabric edges run in side rails with a zip, the screen stays taut and protects against sun, wind, rain and insects.
Which colors and finishes are available?
Aluminum profiles receive electrostatic powder coating in RAL colors or wood-grain finishes, with stainless steel fittings. For Toscana and i-Zip Screen, you also choose the fabric color.
Are the systems suitable for wind and snow?
We design the systems for rain, wind and snow conditions. However, the values depend on size and location, so our technical team calculates them for each project and confirms them in writing.
02Ordering and installation
How does ordering work?
Questions about louvered pergola cost, survey, production and installation.
How soon does my estimate arrive?
Once you send your patio size and use, your estimate follows within one business day. Estimates are a guide, so they are not binding.
What does a site survey cover?
In Türkiye, our free survey records size, ground, wind and sun direction on site. For projects in North America, however, the same information comes from your drawings.
What does the firm quote include?
After you choose series, color and extras, you receive the quote and delivery schedule in writing. The warranty terms also come in writing with the quote.
Where are the systems made?
We have made every system in our own factory in Akyazı, Sakarya, Türkiye since 1989. We also build each one to its project, as your drawings define it.
Who installs outside Türkiye?
Outside Türkiye, an authorized dealer or the project's installation crew installs the system. Meanwhile we supply the installation manual, drawings and remote technical support.
Who coordinates large hotel projects?
On large hotel and commercial projects, our project sales team coordinates the site. That is why you only need to pick hotel and restaurant or contractor as your role in the form.
03Dealers and export
How do dealers and export work?

Which team handles my request?
We route requests by role to the homeowner, architect, hotel and restaurant, dealer or contractor team. If an authorized dealer covers your area, your request goes to them, otherwise to our export team.
Is there an authorized dealer near me?
We do not publish a public dealer list yet. So send your request with your country and city, and it will reach the authorized dealer for your area or our export team.
How do I become a dealer?
In the application form you share your country, city or state, showroom status, projects per year and the brands you carry. Our export manager then replies within two business days with territory status and dealer terms.
What is in the dealer kit?
The dealer kit contains a price list, spec sheets, an image library and marketing materials. We also plan training and first-project support together with you.
How do you handle private label requests?
We assess OEM and private label requests project by project. So describe your project and your market through the contact form, and our team will discuss the next steps with you.
Can I meet you at a trade show?
We exhibit our systems at trade shows and meet dealers, architects and investors at our booth. We also announce upcoming shows on our trade shows page.

What is a motorized louvered pergola?
A motorized louvered pergola is a roof system of aluminum louvers that a motor rotates. Closed, the louvers form a roof that protects from rain; open, they give shade and ventilation. They also stop at intermediate angles, so you can follow the sun. With zip screens or glass panels at the sides, the patio stays in use in the colder months too.
Louvered or retractable pergola: which is right for me?
A louvered pergola has a roof of aluminum louvers that rotate, and on SkyMax and SkyPro they also retract. A retractable pergola instead folds a PVC-based technical fabric back along rails. The right choice therefore depends on how you use your patio, the look you want and whether you need side closure, which we settle together from your drawings.
Do louvered pergolas leak?
In the closed position the louvers form a roof that protects from rain. Water collects in channels along the louvers and then drains through the posts. With correct installation and regular maintenance, the area underneath stays dry. An optional rain and wind sensor can also close the roof automatically when the weather changes.
Can I use a louvered pergola in winter?
Yes. With the louvers closed, the roof protects from rain and snow, and zip screens or glass panels between the posts keep the wind out. Heaters and LED lighting also extend the evenings. Our technical team calculates the values for snow and wind for each project, based on its size and location.
How much does a louvered pergola cost?
Size, series, color and finish, side closure, extras such as lighting and heating, and the installation site set the price. Enter your patio size first for an estimate, and our team gets back to you within one business day. After a free site survey in Türkiye, or from drawings elsewhere, the firm quote then follows in writing. Estimates are not binding.
Who installs and services the system?
In Türkiye, our own team installs and commissions the system. Elsewhere, our authorized dealers or the project's installation crew carry out the installation, while we provide the installation manual, drawings and remote technical support. Warranty registration and after-sales support also run through one contact.
Do I need a permit for a louvered pergola?
That depends on your city, county and HOA rules, and on whether the pergola attaches to your house. This is general information, not legal advice, so check with your local building department and HOA before you order. Our team can also prepare the drawings and technical details your application may need.
Do you ship to the United States and Canada?
Yes. We export to Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas, including the United States and Canada. If an authorized dealer covers your area, we pass your request to them directly; otherwise our export team handles the quote, production and shipping with you. For installation, we also supply the installation manual, drawings and remote technical support.
