A bioclimatic pergola is a roof of motorised aluminium louvres. When it rains, the louvres close; when the sun is out, they stop at the angle you choose, and on warm days they open for ventilation. We have made the Sky Series to project in our own factory in Akyazı since 1989.

What is a bioclimatic pergola?
A bioclimatic pergola is a roof system of aluminium louvres whose angle a motor adjusts. Closed, the louvres form a roof that protects from rain; open, they give shade and ventilation, and at intermediate angles you follow the sun. When it rains, the water runs through channels along the louvres and drains through the posts. With zip screens or glass panels on the sides, the terrace also works in winter.
01How it works
The louvres turn, the terrace adapts.
The roof of a bioclimatic pergola consists of motorised aluminium louvres. They stop at whatever angle you set with the remote control. In the closed position they form a roof against rain; when you open them, they give shade and ventilation. So at intermediate angles you enjoy filtered light that follows the sun.
Rainwater collects in channels along the louvres and drains through the posts. Drainage and cabling also stay inside the profiles, so no pipes or cables show on the terrace. With the optional rain and wind sensor, you can also have the roof close by itself when the weather changes.
Movement differs across the Sky Series. On SkyMax and SkyPro the panels both turn and retract to open the sky, while SkyLounge louvres only rotate. Carport, by contrast, protects cars with a fixed aluminium panel roof instead of moving louvres.

ViewSkyMax
Panels rotate and also retract to open the sky. The flagship of the Sky Series, for hotels, restaurants, cafés and large villa terraces.
ViewSkyPro
Double-walled louvres tilt on their axis and retract, and you can set them closed, half open or open. A balanced choice for homes and businesses.
ViewSkyLounge
Adjustable louvres rotate but do not retract. Its minimalist design and integrated rainwater downpipes suit poolside and lounge areas.
ViewCarport
A fixed aluminium panel roof protects cars from sun, rain, frost, hail and snow. Free-standing or attached to the building, it can also cover a terrace or shade a jacuzzi.

Closed in the rain
When rain starts, the louvres close and water runs through the channels into the posts. So nobody has to leave the table.
Shade in the sun
You set the louvre angle to the sun with the remote control, so you choose full shade or filtered light from your seat.
Ventilation
Opened louvres keep the shade while letting air circulate. This way the space under the roof stays pleasant on hot days.
Zip screens for wind
i-Zip Screen fits between the posts, and its fabric edges stay taut in the rails. It comes down when you need protection from wind, low sun or insects.
Glass and heat in winter
With glass sliding panels and heaters, the terrace stays in use in the cold months. Our technical team also calculates wind and snow values for each project.
Light for the evening
LED lighting turns the terrace into a second living room after sunset. We plan the power supply with the project at the survey.

At homes and villas, a bioclimatic pergola turns a garden, poolside or roof terrace into living space for the whole year. With glass panels and a heater, evenings move outdoors, while in summer adjustable shade protects the table.
Restaurants, cafés and hotels count differently, because they measure a terrace by the year rather than the season. The louvres close in the rain while zip screens and glass keep the wind out, so the number of tables does not shrink with the season. Office terraces and showrooms also use the same system for outdoor meetings and displays.

In Türkiye our own team installs and commissions the system. Abroad, our authorised dealers or the project's installation team carry out the installation with the installation manual, drawings and remote technical support. On large hotel projects, our project sales team coordinates the site. Warranty registration and service then run through one contact point.
