Personal data request: how to use your rights.

Who can make a request

Anyone can make a personal data request if Pergola A.Ş. processes their data. For example, this includes homeowners who ask for an estimate, companies that apply as dealers and visitors who chat with Sky Advisor.

Rights you can use

Under KVKK Article 11 and GDPR Articles 15 to 22, and to the extent these laws provide, you can ask for access, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing. You can also ask for data portability, object to processing and withdraw your consent.

Where to send it

Email your request to info@pergola.com.tr. You can also mail a letter to our head office in Ümraniye, Istanbul, Türkiye, and the contact page lists the full address.

What to include

Include your full name, contact details where we can reach you and a clear description of your request. Also add proof of identity, because this check stops us from giving your data to someone else.

If you can, tell us which channel you used, for example the plan form, Sky Advisor or WhatsApp.

Response time and fees

We answer within thirty days under KVKK Article 13 and within one month under GDPR Article 12. Your request costs nothing unless the law allows a fee.

Withdrawing marketing consent

We only send marketing emails with your separate, optional consent. If you want to withdraw it, simply email info@pergola.com.tr.

Right to complain

You also have the right to complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK Kurulu) or to a supervisory authority in the EU.
